Learn to Make Your Own Clothes
Source 421 is a private, hands-on workshop for learning how clothing is actually made.
You’ll learn the skills behind designing and making garments—from taking measurements and drafting patterns to sewing, fitting, and correcting a garment when something isn’t quite right.
Inside the workshop, you’ll learn through animated pattern drafting lessons and step-by-step demonstrations. You’ll be able to see how a garment goes from an idea, to a pattern, to fabric, and finally into something you can wear.
With your membership, you’ll get:
-
Step-by-step patternmaking lessons
-
Sewing and garment construction demonstrations
-
Practical methods for getting a better fit
-
Formulas, measurements, and techniques you can use on your own
-
Real garment projects you can follow along with
-
A growing library of lessons and resources
-
A private community where you can ask questions, share your work, and get feedback
You do not need to have attended fashion school or already know how to make patterns. The workshop is designed to help you build your skills from the ground up and become more confident making clothing yourself.
